Don’t underestimate the power of relaxation – spend 10-30 minutes DAILY to calm your mind and body. Read a good book, catch up on a television show, meditate or something as simple as taking 3-10 deep breaths (in through your nose, hold, out through your mouth). It is important to allow yourself this simple routine for your physical, mental, and spiritual well being.
